Each of our 700+ field service technicians is equipped with an iPhone loaded with our proprietary state-of-the-art apps. Through this device, the technician is dispatched with customer-specific instructions, can open and close work orders, manage purchase orders and on-truck inventory, and record extensive details for every service call, including photos and data on the time spent and work performed on each customer asset.
Our Service and Construction Managers are equipped with iPads, giving them instant access to timely, relevant, and detailed information while in the field.
Easy-to-read dashboard reports — fed from the information gathered through the technicians’ iPhones — allow them to proactively address our customers’ needs, spotting and reacting to negative events before they become serious and costly issues.
To ensure we send the right technician to the right place at the right time, we’ve invested in a customized “intelligent dispatch system”.
When a customer requests service, this system identifies the technicians whose skills best match the customer’s specific problem — taking into account their current locations and workload — and automatically dispatches the most suitable person.
