Preventative maintenance and your commercial refrigeration mechanic
The best way to avoid a costly repair and downtime is by regularly scheduling maintenance of your mission-critical refrigeration systems. In addition to 365/24-7 emergency repair, CoolSys offers two types of preventative maintenance (PM) to keep your commercial refrigeration units running at peak performance and to identify any issues before they become costly and difficult to solve.
All of our maintenance programs come with the promise of broad operating knowledge of regulatory and/or third-party systems, as well as state-of-the-art field and in-house technology that ensures a best-in-class customer experience.

Maintenance agreements
Our Maintenance Contracts (MACs) offer a fixed price for monthly maintenance work that can help businesses relying on mission-critical refrigeration systems more accurately predict and plan for maintenance-related costs. This price is often agreed upon by the customer and CoolSys. Plus, you have the opportunity to renegotiate the MACs — which can cover multiple locations — annually or semi-annually, so you can make sure you’re spending only what’s appropriate.
